Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Base Salary + Commission Opportunities. First Year Pay Likely to Range From $80,000-$150,000.

Supplemental pay types:
  • Bonus opportunities
  • Commission pay

Job Summary

Schraer Heating and Air Conditioning is looking for a self-motivated individual that can represent the Schraer brand in a positive way. The right individual must have a professional demeanor as well as a positive attitude and a desire to be part of a team. The Comfort Consultant is responsible for all aspects of sales including but not limited to scheduling sales calls, meeting with prospects, creating proposals, generating leads, following up with prospects and achieving sales goals. In all activities, the Comfort Consultant is responsible for projecting a professional image and maintaining Schraer’s reputation.

Essential Job Functions
  • Meet or exceed sales goals by using defined sales techniques, account management and problem-solving
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of Schraer’s products and service and be able to communicate the value
  • Promptly follow up with customers to determine satisfaction and to acquire leads, referrals, testimonials, etc.
  • Prepare Proposals including, air flow capacity, load calculations, measurements.
  • Communicate with Sales Coordinators on the status of leads, schedules, and paperwork
  • Generate leads

Requirements:
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Clean driving record
  • Flexible availability
  • Ability to work outdoors
  • Written and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of computers
  • Willingness to work on self-improvement

Experience level:
  • 3 years of sales experience
  • Some prior HVAC experience desired but not required

Shift:
8 hour shift

Weekly day range:
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed
